Oahu has so much good food to choose from. Some distinctly Hawaiin food options are poke, Kalua pork, loco moco, malasadas, haupia, shave (not shaved) ice, and spam musubi. Oahu is home to a bunch of great food trucks too, including their famous garlic shrimp ones on the North Shore.
