Description

Kono’s serves up breakfast bombers (aka burritos), sandwiches, plates, wraps, and milkshakes. But what they’re really known for is their Kalua pork. Their secret recipe requires 12 hours of cooking and it literally falls off the bone when it’s done. Not to mention their homemade guava BBQ sauce and papaya seed dressing. They also freshly squeezed lemonade and limeade throughout the day.

There’s a laid back surfer vibe, with surfboards on the wall and pictures of rapper Ice-T covering the ice and tea labels on the soda machine.

Popular with tourists and locals alike, their pork is so good that there’s an entire wall dedicated to fans who have tattooed their pig logo on themselves. And as good as the pork is, they pride themselves just as much on their customer service.
